The update adds the Train of Souls area and Chapter 4 Act 5 of the Tidal Mission, where the Rover meets Lily, a Spectro Resonator who fights with a pistol and heals allies. A permanent event, Second Solaris: Nameless Dream, casts the Rover as a transfer student at Second Solaris Academy, with endings that change by choice.
Ver3.8 bundles a story chapter, a new area, a new Resonator and a permanent replayable school event into one release, so Kuro Games is shipping them together rather than spreading them across separate patches.

Lily's Resonance Liberation puts her to sleep and summons a Dream Bell, which draws in nearby enemies while restoring allies' HP.
