The model keeps the earlier design while updating its functions and supports a split spacebar layout. Settings are made through a web app and stored on the device.
The 60HE is the board that put rapid trigger in front of a mainstream gaming audience, and a v2 with a split spacebar option is the version Japanese buyers get to handle before deciding.

The event runs October 10 at LIFORK AKIHABARA II, 13:00 to 17:30, with free entry and no purchase required. Wooting 60HE v2 (Split Spacebar) is one of the gaming gadgets on the floor for hands-on use, alongside keyboards, mice, and headsets. Attendees can compare key feel and grip in person, and ASCII editorial staff will be on site for questions. The program also includes a giveaway, a mini stage, and a puzzle event.

Settings on the Wooting 60HE v2 are configured through a web app and stored on the device, so the split spacebar layout travels with the keyboard instead of the browser profile.
Wooting's 60HE v2 stores split spacebar settings on the device itself, so the layout follows the keyboard, not a browser profile.
The Wooting 60HE v2 handles split spacebar settings through a web app but saves them to the device. That matters for players who move between setups: the layout rides the hardware, not a browser login.
ASCII.jp is showing Wooting 60HE v2 (Split Spacebar) at its TOKYO Gaming-PC STREET 9 event on October 10 in Akihabara.
