The video features the U.S. Rank 8 premium F/A-18D and the Mistel 2 event reward vehicle, alongside tanks firing and aircraft deploying flares and chaff. Gaijin also lists the U.S. light tank Stingray II, the Imperial Japanese Navy heavy cruiser Takao, and the British battleship HMS Duke of York as scheduled additions, with pre-orders open. War Thunder marked its 14th anniversary on November 1, and a Gaijin.Net Store sale runs until 20:00 Japan time on November 2.
The trailer arrives with pre-orders already open for the named vehicles, so Gaijin is selling the update's content before the update itself ships, and the 14th anniversary discount gives that pre-order push a deadline.

Pre-orders for the listed vehicles are already open, which puts the update's paid content on sale before the update goes live.
