The patch adds desktop support for the avatar's candy feature, so it now works in environments without a VR device, and fixes a bug that displayed the avatar preview too small. The update follows a run of changes since June 2026 that added a flight mode, a tag feature, and hair emission, plus fixes to appearance saving and syncing and menu display adjustments. The candy feature arrived in v1.5.6 on July 10, 2026, got a sync fix in v1.5.7, and was enhanced in v1.5.8 on August 11, 2026. U-Stella lists v1.5.9 as the first public update since v1.5.1; the intervening version numbers and dates are used for internal development management. The final update, v2.0.0, is scheduled for around the end of 2026. Lumia sells for 7,777 yen, tax included, and has been on sale since Monday, December 15, 2025.","whyItMatters":"The patch that ends Lumia's update cycle is already dated: v2.0.0 is planned to add full facial tracking, 2P color, makeup textures, a hugging gimmick, and petting sounds, so the avatar's supported feature set is being closed out on a fixed schedule rather than an open roadmap.","webCardHtml":"\u003cp\u003eThe version log behind v1.5.9 runs back to early June 2026. v1.5.3 on June 10 added flight mode, an NPV UI see-through feature, and the tag feature, along with hair emission and an idle motion change option.
