Players switch between three lanes to dodge obstacles, collect items, and build score across 8 stages, with the background and BGM changing per stage. Filling the ENERGY gauge triggers Energy Fever, which nullifies obstacles and raises the score multiplier.
Aniplex is using a small browser game and a scheduled ABEMA program to keep Twisted-Wonderland in front of players between larger content drops, with new EVOLVE RACER event details promised on the October 4 broadcast.

Item behavior splits three ways: Parts add score and points for evolving the machine, Blossom Nectar pays more at higher rarity, and Awakening Perfume fills the ENERGY gauge that opens Energy Fever. Hitting certain obstacles ends the run. A results screen shows a special image and lets players share their score on social media.

Aniplex also set an ABEMA special program, Disney Twisted-Wonderland Channel, for October 4 at 19:00, where new event information tied to EVOLVE RACER is scheduled to be announced. Ryota Suzuki, Hiroki Aiba, Yoshiro Itokawa, Kazuki Kato, and Hikaru Midorikawa appear.

EVOLVE RACER is a time-limited web game, not a permanent Twisted-Wonderland mode. Aniplex gets a seasonal event that lives in a browser tab and disappears, which sidesteps app store review entirely.
EVOLVE RACER runs in a browser, not the Twisted-Wonderland app. Aniplex can ship a seasonal event without an app update.
EVOLVE RACER is a browser game, separate from the Twisted-Wonderland app itself. That choice lets Aniplex run a limited-time event with 8 stages, lane-switching, and an Energy Fever multiplier without pushing a client update or holding permanent space in the game.
Aniplex released EVOLVE RACER, a limited-time web game for the smartphone title Disney Twisted-Wonderland, on September 24, 2026.
