The update adds Mami, described in official materials as the most voluptuous and charming new member, plus her custom drone B.O.I.N 55. Three combat drones and three generators were added for all characters. An alpha multiplayer mode supports up to three players or solo play with bots.
The update delivers the content teased at the game's first anniversary and converts a single-character defense shooter into a three-player co-op one, which is the largest structural change the game has made.

Mami was first shown only from behind in a Steam news post marking the game's first anniversary in August 2026. Update 4 shows her in full. She arrives with a drone nicknamed B.O.I.N (Boin)-kun that switches between attacking with slow-reloading missiles and boosting a generator's stats for a whole wave.

Her technology specialty lets her equip up to three drones at once, while other characters carry one. The update also adds three combat drones and three generators that every character can use, and an alpha multiplayer mode for up to three players, with bot play for solo runs.

Alpha for Turret And Girl is a test run, not a mode. The solo-with-bots option is the tell: matchmaking for three-player co-op defense is hard to seed, and bots let the team ship the mode before the playerbase can fill it.
The bots in Turret And Girl's alpha multiplayer carry the real signal: the team is testing the mode before it has the players to fill it.
Solo play with bots in Turret And Girl's alpha multiplayer is the quiet part. Three-player co-op defense lives or dies on queue health, and bots let NANAIRO ENTERPRISE test the mode before the playerbase can fill a lobby.
NANAIRO ENTERPRISE shipped Update 4 for Turret and Girl, adding Mami and her custom drone B.O.I.N 55.
