The program condenses new information on 40 titles into 45 minutes, with eight world premieres and updates on games already released. It airs on YouTube, Twitch, Bilibili, Niconico Live Broadcasting, and Steam, with co-streaming partners including IGN and content creators. The eight world premieres come from studios including Team17, Amanita Design, Strange Scaffold, and Norsfell. Announcement types span world premieres, gameplay reveals, and release dates. Returning titles in the lineup include Dave the Diver, Brotato, Chained Together, Risk of Rain 2, Windrose, and a new Among Us title, alongside Hela: of Mice and Magic, Militsioner, Pony Island 2: Panda Circus, Haunted Paws, and Outward 2. The showcase is a nonprofit initiative run by developers, for developers, and its format carries no ads, no sponsors, and no hosts.
The lineup leans as heavily on updates to shipped games as on new ones, so the showcase is functioning less as a reveal stage and more as a distribution channel for live-service and post-launch content.

The Triple-i Initiative Showcase has run announcements for Slay the Spire 2, Don't Starve Elsewhere, and Graveyard Keeper 2, and has carried DLC news for Katana ZERO, Vampire Survivors, and Barotrauma.
