Avatars, costumes, hairstyles, and accessories planned, produced, and sold by Metaverse Creators will roll out on the site in sequence. Metaverse Creators is led by representative director Kazuo Wakamiya and is based in Shibuya, Tokyo.
The deal puts a creator network behind Geek Jack's existing sales infrastructure, which has handled VRChat avatars and costumes since 2023, and aims at the language, payment, and takedown problems that keep individual Japanese creators from selling abroad on their own.

Geek Jack has sold VRChat-oriented avatars and costumes since 2023, alongside VTuber audio downloads it began offering in July 2019 and the physical goods and digital products it now ships worldwide. What the site has lacked is a steady supply of new works to sell. Metaverse Creators brings that supply, plus a creator network, and the two companies will also push product information and creator introductions at overseas buyers.

The third piece is support. Multilingual purchaser support sits on the Geek Jack side, and creator support work on preventing unauthorized sales and reuploads comes from Model Support!, a service the announcement credits with that track record. The companies say the aim is to cut the operational load on creators so they can keep producing while selling abroad.

Metaverse Creators sells VRChat avatars and accessories through Geek Jack, but the harder question is who handles after-sales for digital goods across borders. Kazuo Wakamiya's studio inherits that gap.
Selling VRChat avatars abroad via Geek Jack puts Metaverse Creators' after-sales support, not the storefront, at the center.
Metaverse Creators' VRChat avatars, costumes and accessories head overseas through Geek Jack. The merchandise is digital, so the hard part isn't listing it. It's after-sales support and delivery of files across borders, and that is the work Kazuo Wakamiya's studio inherits.
Transcosmos has partnered with Metaverse Creators to sell VRChat-oriented 3D content on Geek Jack, its cross-border entertainment e-commerce site. Avatars, costumes, hairstyles, and accessories will go on sale in sequence. The two companies will also promote the works overseas and lean on Geek Jack's multilingual buyer support and Model Support!'s work against unauthorized sales and reuploads.
[{"source":"PANORA","url":"https://panora.tokyo/archives/161458","title":"Transcosmos Partners with Metaverse Creators to Strengthen Overseas Expansion of VRChat 3D Content on Cross-Border EC Site "Geek Jack"\
{"anime_titles":[],"manga_titles":[],"work_titles":["Geek Jack","VRChat"],"studios":["transcosmos","Metaverse Creators"],"people":["Kazuo Wakamiya"],"type":"business","domain":"industry","is_roundup":false}
["Geek Jack","VRChat
transcosmos","Metaverse Creators
Kazuo Wakamiya
["Transcosmos partnered with Metaverse Creators Inc. to sell VRChat-oriented 3D content on the Geek Jack cross-border EC site.","Metaverse Creators is based in Shibuya, Tokyo, and its representative director is Kazuo Wakamiya.","Avatars, costumes, hairstyles, and accessories will be sold on Geek Jack in sequence.","Geek Jack began download sales of VTuber audio content from Japan in July 2019 and has handled VRChat-oriented avatars and costumes since 2023.","Metaverse Creators plans, produces, and sells VRChat-oriented avatars and costumes with creators active in the metaverse.
geek-jack","vrchat","transcosmos","metaverse-creators","kazuo-wakamiya
