She cannot use it in combat at first, but it gives her access to a mass of information, including what amounts to a strategy guide for her RPG-like world. The premiere is streaming on Crunchyroll.
The premiere builds its comedy on the gap between a skill everyone reads as worthless and the information advantage it actually grants, which is the hook the series will keep drawing on.

Lorna does not mourn her exile. Being cast out of her noble family gives her a freedom she has not had before, which is more than the skill she carries would suggest she deserves. Her skill is rated SSS, but its name, Internet, sits so far outside the A-to-G ranking that it reads as a joke to everyone around her.

When combat use fails, she finds the skill instead opens onto a volume of information large enough to work as a strategy guide for the RPG-like world she lives in. The episode plays the discovery for laughs and still leaves room for consequences, with hints that her actions carry weight beyond the moment.

Lorna's skill ranks SSS while the scale runs A down to G, which puts her at a tier the rating system was not built to describe. The combat block is the balance: Internet reads as a guide before it reads as a weapon.
Lorna's skill sits at SSS in a world rated A down to G. The ranking scale has no slot above her, and the story starts her unable to fight with it.
The World's Strongest Witch puts Lorna's skill at SSS in a world where skills run A down to G, so the entry that defines her sits outside the scale the setting uses to measure everyone else. Before Internet becomes a weapon, it works as a strategy guide.
The World's Strongest Witch opens with Lorna disowned and holding an SSS-ranked skill called Internet, which reads as worthless next to the A-to-G ranking everyone else uses.
