Stellar Blade is the action adventure from SHIFT UP, the studio behind Goddess of Victory: NIKKE, and Eve is the protagonist sent to Earth under the EVE Protocol. No date or content for the crossover was given.
The teaser borrows an in-game proper noun instead of naming Eve, which points to a crossover built around the EVE Protocol storyline rather than a single costume drop.

The post came from the Stellar Blade account itself, with the line "You have my attention!" and a link, and it tagged Overwatch rather than any Blizzard account. EVE Protocol is not a new label: it is the plan under which Eve is dispatched to Earth in the game, so the crossover is being framed in the fiction's own terms. SHIFT UP is also developing Stellar Blade BLOOD RAIN with a new protagonist, Evie, and the Switch 2 Stellar Blade Complete Edition is on the floor at Tokyo Game Show 2026. Nothing in the teaser states a start date, a platform, or what the collaboration adds.

Stellar Blade and Overwatch share a hero-shooter audience that SHIFT UP has never had to reach before. The EVE Protocol teaser names the collab but not the content, leaving that audience question open.
Overwatch and Stellar Blade share a hero-shooter audience, but the EVE Protocol teaser gives no date or content, so the reach stays unproven.
Stellar Blade is SHIFT UP's action title, not a hero shooter. Pairing it with Overwatch under the EVE Protocol name reaches a shooter audience the studio has not addressed before, and the teaser leaves the content and date open.
The Stellar Blade account teased an Overwatch collaboration on October 23, 2026, calling it EVE Protocol after the in-game plan that sends Eve to Earth. No date or content was announced. SHIFT UP is separately developing Stellar Blade BLOOD RAIN.
[{"source":"4Gamer.net","url":"https://www.4gamer.net/games/484/G048450/20261023048/","title":"Overwatch x Stellar Blade EVE Protocol collaboration teased\
{"anime_titles":[],"manga_titles":[],"work_titles":["Overwatch","Stellar Blade"],"studios":["Blizzard Entertainment","Shift Up"],"people":[],"type":"announcement","domain":"games","is_roundup":false}
["Overwatch","Stellar Blade
Blizzard Entertainment","Shift Up
