The stealth action adventure is set in 21XX, on an Earth swallowed by the sea, where three corporate nations fight over remaining territory and race to build an Artificial God. Players infiltrate as mercenaries, marking enemies, using optical camouflage, and extracting knocked-out soldiers to the offshore base Stillwater. The full game is scheduled for November 9, 2027.
The demo is English-only and the full game is not due until November 2027, so Morph is using an early build to find an audience well before the release and before the promised Japanese display support arrives.

Morph cites Metal Gear Solid V and The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker as inspirations. The extraction loop owes to the former: knock out enemy soldiers, recover them to the offshore base Stillwater, and add them to your forces, with more than 100 playable characters unlockable according to the developer.

The open ocean is traversed by boat between polar facilities, resorts, futuristic cities, and scattered islands, with hang gliders and light bikes for field movement. Two-player local split-screen co-op is planned for the whole story, with online player-versus-player battles and light bike races also planned. The full version will support Japanese display.

Trillionaire Mercenaries of 21XX has a demo on itch.io while the full game is dated November 9, 2027. Morph is testing the stealth loop years early.
Trillionaire Mercenaries of 21XX has a playable demo on itch.io, but Morph dates the full game at November 9, 2027. That gap gives players time to test the marking and extraction loop before committing to the November 2027 release.
Solo developer Morph has released a demo of Trillionaire Mercenaries of 21XX on itch.io. The stealth action adventure is set on a flooded Earth where three corporate nations race to build an Artificial God, and it borrows the soldier-extraction loop of Metal Gear Solid V. The full game is scheduled for November 9, 2027, with the demo currently English-only.
[{"source":"4Gamer.net","url":"https://www.4gamer.net/games/052/G105243/20261022025/","title":"Stealth Action Adventure "Trillionaire Mercenaries of 21XX," Inspired by "Metal Gear Solid V" and "The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker," Has a Demo Available Now\
{"anime_titles":[],"manga_titles":[],"work_titles":["Trillionaire Mercenaries of 21XX","Metal Gear Solid V","The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker"],"studios":[],"people":["Morph"],"type":"release","domain":"games","is_roundup":false}
["Trillionaire Mercenaries of 21XX","Metal Gear Solid V","The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker

Morph
