The collection adds quick save, rewind, online co-op, and score attack. METAL SLUG 7 was prioritized over METAL SLUG XX.","whyItMatters":"The interview confirms the collection was built around M2's porting work and a numbering-first selection rule, with METAL SLUG XX left out because METAL SLUG 7 came first.","webCardHtml":"\u003cp\u003eProducer Shiro Muto said the project began with talks between his supervisor and M2 about working together, before any specific title was chosen.
