That Sunday, Mouse Computer's G TUNE and NEXTGEAR booth hosted the first match of Reboot the Memories, a Siege red vs white series. The Legend Match pitted World Top 4 (RayChill, Papilia, Merieux, Wokka, Ramu), the roster that reached the semifinals of a 2019 Siege international tournament, against Father's Back (BEESUN, Kakky, Kenki, Apple, Kinchi), a reunion of members from the game's early YouTube era led by streamer Kenki. The maps were Clubhouse and Border. Kenki pulled off a 1v4 clutch on Border, then walked to the commentary desk, said his hands were shaking, and gave his seat to analyst MeLton. World Top 4 won both maps. The series continues from September 27 to October 31 on the official Rainbow Six Japan YouTube and Twitch channels.
The semifinal result from a 2019 Siege event still sets the benchmark for Japanese FPS teams, and the reunion put that roster against the creators who built the game's domestic audience.

TGS 2026 was planned as a record five-day run to mark the show's 30th anniversary.
