The manga ran in Weekly Shonen Jump from 2012 and closed with a three-chapter epilogue in August 2019, with chef Yuki Morisaki credited for cooperation. That rules out the weekly serial format behind Food Wars! Shokugeki no Soma.","threadsPost":"Shun Saeki's exit from Shueisha comes with a condition: they cannot take on long-term work. The artist behind Food Wars! Shokugeki no Soma is open to inquiries for new projects, which points to shorter formats than the weekly serial they drew.","newsletterBlurb":"Shun Saeki announced on Sunday that their exclusive contract with Shueisha has ended.
