Both are crane game prize items, releasing sequentially from October 9, 2026 at amusement facilities nationwide. The Akai figure stands about 17 centimeters with a dedicated base; the crouching Bourbon figure stands about 12 centimeters. Their bases connect so the two can be displayed pointing guns at each other, recreating the encounter from the Labyrinth Cocktail episode. Both boxes carry the 30th anniversary logo.
The connecting bases make the pairing the point: Sega is selling a two-figure set through crane game prizes rather than a single character release, which pushes collectors to chase both in the same month.

Sega's XrossLink line for Detective Conan is built around figures that gain something when displayed together, and the Akai and Bourbon pair is the clearest case yet. Akai is tagged as an FBI investigator and skilled spy; Bourbon is listed as a Black Organization member. Each figure ships as a single prize item with its own box carrying the 30th anniversary logo. The bases connect, so the two can be set up facing each other at gunpoint, the encounter from the Labyrinth Cocktail episode.
