Inspired by a dream, the penguin plots world domination and starts by escaping the zoo. A released promo video shows the penguin stealing sandals, eating pizza, and spraying people with a hose. The zoo also has dogs, turtles, and seals. Release is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2026.
Renka is framing a small, freely explorable zoo sandbox around low-stakes mischief rather than combat, and the wishlist push attached to the promo video is the measure of whether that premise travels.

The Steam page is live now, and the promo video lays out the mischief vocabulary: wearing a human's sandals without permission and getting chased for it, stealing and eating pizza, and chasing people around with a hose. The zoo is not empty of other animals. Dogs, turtles, and seals share the space, and the video shows a seal and a fur seal playing with a ball and a penguin riding a turtle as it moves slowly forward. Renka describes the game as something made on a lark and asks viewers to wishlist it.

Chotto Shitsurei. sets its penguin loose in a zoo stocked with dogs, turtles, and seals. Renka is building a sandbox of animal-on-animal chaos, with Q4 2026 as the deadline.
Renka's Chotto Shitsurei. gives the penguin a zoo of dogs, turtles, and seals to torment. The cast, not the pranks, is the draw.
Chotto Shitsurei. is not only a penguin prank simulator. Renka stocked the zoo with dogs, turtles, and seals, so the comedy comes from a whole animal cast reacting to one small troublemaker. The sandals and hose gags are the demo. The zoo is the actual playground, due Q4 2026.
Renka has opened the Steam store page for Chotto Shitsurei., a slapstick game about a small penguin escaping a zoo on its way to world domination.
