The ABS figure is 1/20 scale of Luffy's height, about 86 mm tall, and carries the coloring and design of the Setouchi Blue-Go trainset body, including its car number. It costs 1,980 yen with shipping and fees separate, and ships in March 2027.","whyItMatters":"The figure ties the merch to a specific in-service trainset, down to the printed car number 723-7013, which makes it a record of the collaboration livery rather than a generic One Piece item.","webCardHtml":"\u003cp\u003eThe Setouchi Blue-Go design runs from the hat to the feet, with the streamlined body pattern, the front marker lights and the printed car number 723-7013 carried onto the figure.
