The mod adds two total conversions and two separate story campaigns set in the shared city of Rockwood, plus new levels, weapons, models, and sounds. It is distributed through Steam Workshop and ModDB.
A fan-built add-on this large gives a 2003 shooter two new single-player campaigns at once, and the split between Steam Workshop and ModDB shows version support, not ambition, deciding where players get the full build.

Revival Games shipped ADRENALIN on October 31, and the two halves of the download are not equal. The Steam Workshop version needs game version 5100, and movies reportedly do not play there. The complete build sits on ModDB, works on any version, and also runs with the GOG.com release.

The two campaigns split by intent. Call of Paradise reaches back to the psychological horror tone of the original POSTAL, while Outlaw is built around level design and gameplay, made on the premise of fusing POSTAL 2 with Duke Nukem 3D. That shared setting means the total conversions are designed to read as one continuous place rather than two disconnected maps, which is a different pitch than most POSTAL 2 mod releases.
Revival Games released ADRENALIN, a POSTAL 2 total conversion, on October 31 with two full campaigns set in Rockwood. Call of Paradise takes the horror tone of the original POSTAL; Outlaw is built on the idea of mixing POSTAL 2 with Duke Nukem 3D.
