It said 12.5 million user designs were created in the past month, 21,900 reports were filed, and fewer than 700 users were penalized, most with warnings or temporary suspensions. The post was deleted the same day, and translations spread through Japanese and English-speaking communities.
The figures recast a ban wave as a small share of 12.5 million designs, but pulling the post the same day leaves that account circulating only as screenshots.

The statement spelled out what moderators look for: glazed eyes, slightly parted lips, sexually suggestive clothing. Exposure alone was not the test. A bikini in a beach scene was given as an example of context that usually passes. Playground Games also said no AI is used in design review, that unpublished designs can still be actioned because fitting them to a car makes them visible, and that penalties start with warnings before escalating. Regional ratings were listed as grounds for a single all-ages standard: CERO B in Japan, PEGI 3 in Europe, USK 6 in Germany, E for Everyone in North America. Criticism then settled on the audience, since the post went only to the Chinese community.

Playground Games put 21,900 reports against fewer than 700 penalties for Forza Horizon 6. A ratio that wide tells players the moderation line is unclear, and the deleted post left nothing to argue with.
Forza Horizon 6 drew 21,900 reports and fewer than 700 penalties, per Playground Games. That ratio is why deleting the post calmed no one.
Playground Games cited 12.5 million Forza Horizon 6 designs made in a month, 21,900 reports filed, and fewer than 700 users penalized. The gap between reports and penalties points at a moderation line players cannot see, and the same-day deletion removed the only document they could point to.
Playground Games addressed the Forza Horizon 6 itasha ban controversy on October 30 from the game's Chinese official account, giving figures for designs, reports and penalties. It said under 700 users were penalized out of 12.5 million designs created in a month, and about 50 were permanently suspended over nudity. The post was deleted the same day, and translations now carry the explanation.
[{"source":"Automaton","url":"https://automaton-media.com/articles/newsjp/20261030-476830/","title":"Forza Horizon 6 itasha ban controversy: official statement on ban criteria adds fuel to the fire; posts vanish quickly\
{"anime_titles":[],"manga_titles":[],"work_titles":["Forza Horizon 6"],"studios":[],"people":[],"type":"news","domain":"games","is_roundup":false}
["Forza Horizon 6
["forza-horizon-6
