Each console version includes all update content released for the PC version, including the August update THE FINAL ASCENT, and supports crossplay across platforms. A PS5 physical edition is also planned with a passport-style item and a disc design featuring the character Binbong. A Japanese release has not been announced.
The console release carries the full PC update slate and crossplay, so the audience Aggro Crab built on Steam can move to consoles without starting over.

The console versions carry everything the PC version has received. That includes THE FINAL ASCENT, the major update released in August that added new maps and new elements, so the console audience starts at the current state of the game rather than its launch state. Crossplay is supported between platforms, which matters for a four-player co-op game where the player pool is the product. A PS5 physical edition adds a passport-style item and a disc design featuring Binbong. Aggro Crab's post framed the release as overdue, and the Steam version has over 300,000 reviews with a Very Positive rating.

PEAK's Switch 2 version ships with PC progression intact, so the console release skips the usual wait for parity. A Japanese release date is still missing, which leaves the home market importing.
Switch 2 gets PEAK with every PC update already inside, but no Japanese release is dated yet.
The Switch 2 version of PEAK arrives with crossplay and every PC update already built in, which means console buyers skip the usual split between versions. What is not dated is Japan: a Japanese release has not been announced, so the game ships abroad first.
Aggro Crab will bring PEAK to PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch 2 on October 22, with the console versions carrying all PC update content and crossplay support.
