Set in the 19th century during an endless war, it follows William, a Continental Army soldier resurrected from a battlefield grave. It is available on PC via Steam and Microsoft Store, PS5 overseas, and Xbox with Game Pass. New Game+ is scheduled for Q4 2026, with a major story DLC planned for 2027.","whyItMatters":"Ghostrunner's developer moves from fast first-person platforming to a soulslike structure with death-driven progression, a genre shift worth watching for a studio whose identity has been speed and precision.","webCardHtml":"\u003cp\u003eThe game casts the player as William, resurrected from a battlefield grave in an alternate 19th century shaped by an endless war.
