The stated reason is that the mental and physical burden had become too great to continue; the announcement said the decision came after repeated discussions with him. Anjo's own statement said he had frequently fallen ill and judged it difficult to keep going as things were. Going forward, Anjo will do no new recordings or appearances as MonsterZ MATE, though already-recorded videos, projects, and products in progress may still be released or sold after coordination with the parties involved. Fellow member Kousaka reported in a YouTube video titled \"Report\" that he will continue as MonsterZ MATE. Anjo's X and Bluesky accounts will stay up, but his own posts end as of November 5. Works sold under the Anjo name at Melonbooks and BOOTH will stay on sale until the end of December 2026.","whyItMatters":"Anjo's exit leaves a two-person unit that has run since May 2018 in the hands of one member, and the departure is dated the same day it was announced.","webCardHtml":"\u003cp\u003eBehind the departure sit two identities.
