The kit is about 22 cm tall with movable joints and interchangeable hands, and its exterior is modeled on the film's 3DCG. Swapping parts lets the arm punch sit extended or retracted. Clear parts come in pre-painted and unpainted versions, and molding colors, pre-painted parts and decals reproduce a color scheme close to the film's. The reference price is 8,900 yen; Rakuten Books lists it at 7,396 yen with tax.
Cherno Alpha is a Jaeger with almost no merchandise shelf presence, so a MODEROID kit aimed at both assemblers and painters gives Pacific Rim's least colorful machine a place in the standard model-kit channel.

The kit stands about 22 cm tall, and the exterior shape is reproduced from the film's 3DCG rather than drawn from scratch.
