The 1/1 scale kit stands about 135mm tall and uses newly sculpted parts for the mascot characters on each section, which the sources describe as giving the model a fragile cuteness distinct from both the standard color and the black version. Sculpting is credited to Masaki Apsy, Tokuho Fukumoto, Tasuku, Kobo Iyaska, Ikurie and Toriwo Toriyama, with eye prints by Amama. The base body comes from the Machinika Series, and the kit can be built in Armed Mode with its attachments or in Base Body Mode. Three-millimeter joints and head compatibility let parts swap with Kotobukiya lines including M.S.G, Frame Arms, Frame Arms Girl, Hexa Gear, Sousai Shoujo Teien, Arcanadea and Megalo Maria. Kotobukiya Shop orders include an Another Color Suit Set bonus.
Kotobukiya is pairing the kit with a separate 1,100 yen Megami Device M.S.G eye decal set in the same April 2027 window, so buyers can add expression options the standard eye print does not cover.

The companion release is a Megami Device M.S.G eye decal set for PUNI☆MOFU White Mao, also scheduled for April 2027 and priced at 1,100 yen including tax, with decal data by Amama. The set carries colors that the eye print process does not, and the decals can be used on Megami Device kits beyond White Mao. Kotobukiya notes the decal set is optional goods: the body cannot be completed from the decals alone.

Both listings use the same April 2027 release window and the same copyright line naming Kotobukiya, Masaki Apsy and Toriwo Toriyama. White Mao follows the earlier PUNI☆MOFU Mao, and the sources describe the new colorway and expressions, drawn by BLADE, as different in mood from both the normal color and the black color. The white version's mascot parts are new molds rather than recolors of the existing pieces. The kit's articulation comes from the Machinika Series base body, which the sources say handles weapon-holding and sitting poses.

White Mao is a color variation, but Kotobukiya is billing new sculpted parts for every mascot section, so the 6,930 yen kit is closer to a resculpt than a repaint.
White Mao is sold as a color variation, yet Kotobukiya credits new sculpted parts for the mascot sections on the 6,930 yen PUNI☆MOFU kit.
Kotobukiya calls PUNI☆MOFU White Mao a color variation of Mao, but the April 2027 kit gets newly sculpted parts for the mascot sections on each piece.
