Series
Kotobukiya will release a 1/72 scale plastic model of Mirage C02-URANUS Uranus from the opening movie of Armored Core 3. It is the fifth entry in the revived V.I. (Variable Infinity) Series and is scheduled for March 2027 at 9,900 yen including tax. New molds were cut, part splits and runner layouts revised, and part strength increased. The Kotobukiya Shop adds an additional head unit.
The revived V.I. line is being rebuilt rather than reissued, so each entry is judged on the mold revisions: the Uranus kit ships with altered part splits and runner layouts and stronger parts than the earlier release.

Kotobukiya's Variable Infinity revival counts the Mirage machine as its fifth entry. The kit covers the loadout shown in the Armored Core 3 opening movie: multi-warhead missiles on the back, a laser rifle, and auxiliary boosters. Scale is 1/72, overall height about 160mm, and the included parts list runs from the H01-WASP head to the E08BM-REMORA extension, plus grip and weapon hands. The Kotobukiya Shop bonus is an additional head unit. Price is 9,900 yen with tax, with release set for March 2027.

Kotobukiya cut new molds for the C02-Uranus and revised its part splits and runner layouts, so the revived V.I. Series is not reissuing the old kit but rebuilding it. The Kotobukiya Shop head unit stays the paid add-on.
Kotobukiya cut new molds and revised runner layouts for C02-Uranus, so the revived V.I. Series kit is rebuilt, not reissued.
The C02-Uranus kit is not a straight reprint. Kotobukiya cut new molds, revised the part splits and runner layouts, and increased part strength, which puts the tooling investment in the base kit while the Kotobukiya Shop head unit stays the add-on.
Kotobukiya has added Mirage C02-URANUS Uranus, the machine from the Armored Core 3 opening movie, to its revived V.I.
