Kamen Rider Scissors, the form of corrupt detective Masashi Sudo, is priced at 11,000 yen and ships in April 2027. A Volcancer and optional parts set releases alongside it.
Ryuki's Shinkocchou Seihou line is now working through the show's secondary Riders and their contract monsters, and Scissors arrives paired with the Volcancer set needed to recreate his Final Vent and final scene.

The Scissors figure carries three left and four right interchangeable hands, a Scissors Visor with an opening and closing mechanism, the Scissors Pinch weapon, Shell Defense, and four PET Advent Cards. Bandai Spirits lists it at 11,000 yen with shipping separate. The Volcancer set adds the contract monster at roughly 155mm, a dedicated stand and support pillar shaped like a cracked mirror, and a broken Card Deck for Kamen Rider Scissors. Combined with the separately sold Scissors figure, the two recreate the lineup from the show and the Final Vent.

Bandai Spirits is selling Scissors' Volcancer separately, so Ryuki collectors pay 11,000 yen for the Rider and again for the monster that makes the contract mean anything.
Scissors ships April 2027, but Bandai Spirits sells Volcancer in a separate set. The contract monster is an add-on, not part of the figure.
Bandai Spirits sells Kamen Rider Scissors and Volcancer as separate products. That split charges Ryuki collectors twice for a pairing the show treats as one contract, and the monster arrives as an optional purchase.
Bandai Spirits has opened the S.H.Figuarts Shinkocchou Seihou line to Kamen Rider Scissors, the form taken by corrupt detective Masashi Sudo in Kamen Rider Ryuki.
