The bottle uses more than 100 Fukushima Akari peaches from Kunimi Town, plus Ceylon cinnamon and clove. It will be poured at the companies' joint booth at LIVE AZUMA 2026 on October 17 and 18, with online pre-orders shipping from October 20.
The release turns a booth partnership that began at Fukushima's largest music festival into a bottled product, tying a small Minamisoma brewery to a television station and a spice group on the strength of local peaches.

The collaboration started with a meeting between haccoba and Tsuyoshi Nakazawa of MODERN TIMES, who is part of Michinoku Spice Laboratory. Nakazawa invited the brewery to share a booth at LIVE AZUMA, where Fukushima TV and Michinoku Spice Laboratory have run a space each year, and the sake followed from there.

Shankar Noguchi joined for the spice selection. haccoba says it normally does not use much fruit, so the peach load is unusual for the brewery. At LIVE AZUMA the booth will serve the sake by the glass and sell bottles.

haccoba built #MomoSpa inside a festival, not a brewery.
