Two to five players gather at an izakaya and try to map the office of a black company turned into a labyrinth, with one player viewing the interior through the console in handheld mode for 30 seconds and describing it to the others, who assemble the floor plan from printed paper tiles.
The Madrika Fudosan series moves from solo play to a local party format that requires a printer, scissors, and a group of people, raising the barrier to entry well above the previous two entries.

The setup is deliberately awkward. One player holds the Switch 2 in handheld mode as a magic mirror and gets 30 seconds to look inside the labyrinth. Everyone else builds the floor plan on the table from paper tiles they cut out themselves, using a PDF downloaded from the official print page. A single Joy-Con 2 sits in the middle of the table, and a player not looking into the mirror can twist it once per observation to make a hint appear inside.

Each set has beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels, and playing all three takes about 90 minutes, roughly the length of a mid-sized board game. Gift Ten Industry says it has prepared more stages than players can finish. The game is local only, with no online support.

Madrika Fudosan no Deguchi splits its players across two rooms: one holds the console and sees the maze, the others hold paper tiles. Gift Ten Industry built the co-op around who can see what, not around reflexes.
Gift Ten Industry's Madrika Fudosan no Deguchi puts the maze on one screen and the floor plan on paper tiles, so the co-op runs on who can see what.
Madrika Fudosan no Deguchi hands the maze to one player's handheld for 30 seconds while the rest build the floor plan from paper tiles. Gift Ten Industry is designing co-op around unequal information, not reflexes, which is why the izakaya setting fits.
Gift Ten Industry announced Madrika Fudosan no Deguchi for Nintendo Switch 2, due late 2026.
