Episode 1 opens with a disclaimer calling FX a high-risk product whose losses may exceed the margin deposit, then shows protagonist Fukuga Kurumi's mother losing 20 million yen. Mamiko Noto voices the mother. The ending lyrics teach foreign currencies.
The pre-broadcast FX warning is the kind of on-screen notice that made Yani Neko's content advisories a talking point this summer, and it gives a money-game story an instructional frame before the drama starts.

The disclaimer airs before the episode, not after it: FX is a high-risk product, losses may exceed the margin deposit, and excessive trading can interfere with daily life. The show then spends its opening minutes dramatizing exactly that. Kurumi comes home as a third-year junior high school student to find her mother in front of a monitor, worn out, having used up 20 million yen. Mamiko Noto plays the mother, and the scream that opens the scene drew most of the early reaction. The ending song's lyrics work through foreign currency names, which is a different way of teaching the same subject the warning is about.

The disclaimer in FX Senshi Kurumi-chan mirrors real brokerage warnings, but the show puts the loss on screen: Kurumi's mother is down 20 million yen by the end of episode 1. That number is the actual horror.
FX Senshi Kurumi-chan opens with a real high-risk warning, then kills the mother for 20 million yen in episode 1. The loss is the hook, not the disclaimer.
FX Senshi Kurumi-chan treats the FX risk disclaimer as a cold open, then shows Kurumi's mother losing 20 million yen inside episode 1. Mamiko Noto voices the mother, so the scream is the payoff to a warning the audience already skipped reading.
FX Senshi Kurumi-chan premiered October 1, adapting the Demunyan and Tansan Daisuki manga from Monthly Comic Flapper.
