Tempalay performs the opening theme, \"Shake! spit out,\" and Nowlu performs the ending theme, \"Iki.\" The main PV uses Tempalay's song over footage of the anti-Tenshika protests and the character Ivy. Five cast additions were named: Shion Wakayama as Sumi Matsuno, Dai Tsuchida as Ken Hikasa, Nobuhiko Okamoto as Nishi, Ayaka Senbongi as Megu Okumura, and Yumiko Kobayashi as Ivy. Sunrise and Shaft share animation production, described as their first tag-team collaboration. The key visual places Toshiro, Yomiko, Akira, Kano, and Jin under black clouds. A three-day Street Tenshika Piano Exhibition runs at Tokyo Midtown from November 27 to 29, with a playable piano and works by flower artist Ayaka Ozono. Tsuchida died in October; his comment was submitted during his lifetime.","whyItMatters":"The cast roster carries a quiet production fact: Dai Tsuchida's role as Ken Hikasa was recorded before his death in October, so the announcement doubles as one of his final credited performances.","webCardHtml":"\u003cp\u003eThe main PV opens on Yomiko Horai explaining the Tenshika procedure, then moves to anti-Tenshika demonstrations and a speech by Ken Hikasa, chairman of the Eijitsu Party.
