The Toshinden demo used the 1995 original, letting players run versus matches with Eiji, Ellis and Mondo; the collection also covers Toshinden 2 and 3. The Psikyo demo used Strikers 1945, the 1995 arcade shooter with six selectable fighters, Shot and Bomb buttons, and charge shots.
Edia is testing how much appetite remains for its back catalog before committing to what the finished collections actually contain, and the demos that drew crowds at the booth are the closest thing to that answer so far.

The two demos are sampling menus rather than finished products. Toshinden COLLECTION covers three games but only the 1995 original was playable in Chiba, so the state of Toshinden 2 and 3 is still unseen. Psikyo Memories has a wider premise, drawn from 1990s arcade shooters, and only Strikers 1945 was on the sticks. Edia also ran a survey at the booth asking visitors which games they want revived next, which puts the audience in the position of shaping the next set rather than reacting to one Edia already picked.

Toshinden COLLECTION (Working Title): Includes Toshinden, Toshinden 2 and Toshinden 3

Psikyo Memories (Working Title): Includes 1990s arcade shooting games

Edia's Toshinden COLLECTION demo picks the 1995 original, but the set carries Toshinden 2 and 3.
