The season runs eight episodes and will release weekly on the service. Disney+ also released a new visual for the season, which adapts the Savanaclaw arc of the game's manga. Fairouz Ai joins the cast as Yuuka Hirasaka, a high school student skilled in judo who is taken to Twisted-Wonderland by a mysterious carriage on her way home from a judo tournament. The Savanaclaw dorm cast returns from the first season, with Yuichiro Umehara as Leona Kingscholar, Taito Ban as Jack Howl and Aoi Ichikawa as Ruggie Bucchi. The anime is planned for three seasons, each adapting one of the manga's dormitory arcs. Takahiro Natori is chief director and handles series scripts, Shin Katagai directs at Yumeta Company and Graphinica, and Yoichi Kato is the main writer.","whyItMatters":"The second season moves the adaptation to the Savanaclaw dorm and its Lion King basis, and introduces a new lead character in place of the Heartslabyul protagonist, so the series restarts its cast around a different arc rather than continuing one storyline.","webCardHtml":"\u003cp\u003eThe first season, Episode of Heartslabyul, ran eight episodes and streamed on Disney+ in October 2025, with an English dub arriving on Disney+ and Hulu the same day the anime premiered.
