Episode 1 is almost all setup: a field trip into the VRMMORPG Actual Magic, a taming lesson, a dragon fight, and a cliffhanger. Episode 2 pays off the setup when Yuuma wakes to a ruined room, monsters, and magic that works outside the game.","whyItMatters":"The premiere spends a full episode on game mechanics before revealing its premise, so the two-episode launch is doing the work a single episode normally would.","webCardHtml":"\u003cp\u003eThe premiere keeps its premise off screen until the final minutes.
