The Switch version of the dystopian dungeon RPG arrived on May 28, 2026. The packaged PS5 and PS4 editions cost 8,800 yen excluding tax and bundle both parts of the story, the Transfer Chapter and the Revenge Chapter. The download release splits them: 3,900 yen each, also excluding tax, with the Revenge Chapter sold as DLC that requires the Transfer Chapter. Retailers open reservations from November 12. In the game, students are pulled into the otherworld Yomi, a labyrinth with no escape, and revive dead classmates to build a unit. The systems include Yomi Flowers, which open paths, Switch Boost, and Demon Skills that only the protagonist can use, along with giant enemies called Special Types.","whyItMatters":"The download edition splits the game into two 3,900 yen purchases, and the Revenge Chapter will not run without the Transfer Chapter, which leaves the 8,800 yen package as the simpler single purchase.","webCardHtml":"\u003cp\u003eDemon Kill Demon: Yomi 1984 is set five years after Yomi wo Saku Hana, an earlier dystopian dungeon RPG from the same developer, Experience Inc.
