The demo covers the opening of the main story through the end of Chapter 1, runs 1.5 to 3 hours or more, and matches the demo already distributed on Steam. It is available only until the full release on November 5. The roguelike action game uses a poker-style build around five-card hands.
The demo puts the full opening chapter on consoles two weeks before a November 5 release that lands in the same window as GTA6, the overlap the developer publicly apologized for.

The demo carries the story and battle systems through the end of Chapter 1, and the content is the same build Steam players already had. Furyu confirmed the closed window: it runs only until the full game launches on November 5.

The core loop is a poker-style build. Clearing a stage deals three skill cards, and the player adds one to a five-card hand of trump-suit cards. A more complete hand raises the effect level of every card, so the decision to take a strong single card or chase a hand shapes each run. Defeated enemies burst into a blue-purple space called the Wonder Dimension, which strengthens Alice and speeds her movement as it spreads. A camera toggle switches between a close side view and a pulled-back overhead view.

CRYMELIGHT's demo window closes the day the game ships, so players have roughly two weeks to test the five-card hand system before committing to a full purchase.
CRYMELIGHT's demo expires on launch day, November 5, giving players a timed window to judge the poker-hand combat before buying.
CRYMELIGHT's demo runs through Chapter 1 in 1.5 to 3 hours, and it disappears on November 5 when the full game arrives. Furyu is asking players to decide on a poker-hand roguelike inside a fixed window.
Furyu put the CRYMELIGHT demo on Switch 2 and PS5 on October 22, with content running through the end of Chapter 1 and the same build already on Steam.
