The Tokyo company, led by representative director Taichi Inagaki, has begun recruiting trial introduction monitors for the first 10 companies. Notes are stored on the company's own server.
Builpo is pitching B-KNOW at small and medium-sized businesses where, as it describes the problem, the reasons behind decisions are lost when employees transfer or leave, and it is recruiting the first 10 trial companies to test that claim.

Builpo says the records are ordinary Japanese-language notes, readable as they are, and that people can correct the AI's mistakes in memory. Decisions are kept with quotations of the original statements and separated from the AI's inferences.
