Players control truck dancers, including a Sonic parody named Satanic, using a work permit as starting equipment and combining up to four weapons and items. The developers said the game mixes Brazilian references with internet jokes that travel.
Caravana 2000 tests whether a meme tied to one country's street culture can carry a game abroad, which is why Oliveira and Ortolan said they deliberately mixed in references foreign players already know.

The dancers climb off the truck and into the alleys. That is the premise of Caravana 2000, shown in development at Brasil Game Show 2026 in São Paulo by developers Pedro Oliveira and Pablo Ortolan of 2 Wedges. The game follows the Vampire Survivors template: crowds of enemies, auto-attacking weapons, survival until the timer runs out, seen this time from first person with weapons held in both hands.

Satanic, a character named for Sonic but not Sonic, has high movement and attack speed, plus a double jump and double dash.
