It is out on Steam, GOG.com, Epic Games Store, and Microsoft Store at 2,980 yen, with a 20 percent launch sale running two weeks and PC Game Pass support. Players manage the Peeps, secure resources from Kiwa, and reconcile the whale's demands with their own.","whyItMatters":"The game's core loop is a negotiation between industry and a living host, so its reception will turn on whether players accept a city builder where the map has a will of its own.","webCardHtml":"\u003cp\u003eKiwa is not scenery. The whale has its own will, and players reach it through a dedicated communication device, so the environment it wants and the conditions the Peeps need for production can conflict.
