The Kabuto Zecter ver.2 adds a wing-swap gimmick, 12 BGM tracks, and linked sound effects, so activating Clock Up on the Clock Up Side Buckle plays the in-show sequence through the Zecter, ending in Clock Over when the Rider Kick sound fires.
The ver.2 set pairs the two Zecters through sound communication, which is what the original CSM release could not do, and the separately sold Atlas Zecter can be attached to the same belt strap.

The Hyper Zecter ver.2 has been resized and rebuilt from ver.1 so it sits alongside the Kabuto Zecter. Its sound set covers Hyper Form transformation and Hyper Clock Up for Kabuto, the Gatack Hyper Form transformation sound, and sounds tied to Kamen Rider Caucasus, who used the Hyper Zecter in Kamen Rider Kabuto: GOD SPEED LOVE.

The two Zecters talk to each other: the Hyper Zecter recognizes Hyper Form and swaps the special move sounds. The set also accommodates the CSM Atlas Zecter, sold separately, which attaches to the belt strap for transformation play. The set costs 44,000 yen including tax.

Bandai's Clock Up sequence plays through the Zecter only when paired with the Clock Up Side Buckle, so the marquee feature of the CSM Kabuto Zecter ver.2 depends on owning a separate gadget.
The CSM Kabuto Zecter ver.2 Counter Upgrade only triggers alongside the Clock Up Side Buckle.
The CSM Kabuto Zecter ver.2's headline feature, a Clock Up sequence that runs through the Zecter and ends in Clock Over, only fires when the Clock Up Side Buckle is paired in. Buyers who skip the Buckle get the wings and BGM without the sequence those extras exist to serve.
Bandai has posted product details for the CSM Kabuto Zecter & Hyper Zecter ver.2, with pre-orders open until December 2, 2026.
