Each charm reproduces a TV anime One Piece DVD package at miniature scale, and the outer sleeve can be removed to expose the interior, which is modeled down to small parts. The lineup has 15 designs: East Blue, Sanji, Nami, Loguetown, Grand Line, Chopper, Arabasta, Vivi, Skypiea, God, Bell, Navarone, Foxy, Water Seven, and Rocket Man. The charms go on sale through capsule toy channels. The release follows earlier One Piece capsule lines, including One Piece no Mi Part 26, which includes Shanks and Gunko in deformed style.
The set draws its 15 entries from the DVD package spine art rather than character popularity, so the capsule line sells the physical home video release itself as the collectible.

The fourth week of September release window puts the charms in the same period as several other capsule launches, including a Disney character charm line and a re-release of the Crystal Monsters capsule series, both dated to the same window.

The 15 names map to the Log Collection DVD volumes rather than to story arcs alone. Loguetown, Arabasta, Skypiea, Navarone, and Water Seven mark destinations along the crew's route, while Bell and God sit alongside them as separate listed entries instead of being folded under the arcs that contain them. Rocket Man and Foxy are listed as their own entries rather than grouped with the Water Seven and Long Ring Long Land material around them.

The interior detail is the selling point Bandai Namco is leaning on. The sleeve slides off and the inner package art is reproduced, which is a step past the usual flat charm printed with a logo. Price is 300 yen per pull, the standard capsule rate, and the product page carries the full design list.

EAST BLUE: One of 15 DVD package designs in the charm lineup

SANJI: Character-named volume design

NAMI: Character-named volume design

LOGUE TOWN: Location volume design

GRAND LINE: Location volume design

CHOPPER: Character-named volume design

ARABASTA: Location volume design

VIVI: Character-named volume design

SKYPIEA: Location volume design

GOD: Listed as its own volume design

BELL: Listed as its own volume design

NAVARON: Location volume design

FOXY: Listed as its own volume design

WATER SEVEN: Location volume design

ROCKET MAN: Listed as its own volume design

Bandai Namco is selling One Piece DVD packages as charms, sleeve removable, interior modeled.
