The skin arrived in the September 17 update and includes Live2D mode. Maintenance ran September 24 from 14:00 to 20:00. After it, the nude bug was still reproducible, and the skin issue was not listed in the bug report.
The maintenance window closed without clearing a defect Yostar had already flagged, leaving open whether the missing-clothing state is a bug still awaiting a fix or a specification the studio intends to keep.

Yostar flagged the fault on September 22, describing it as a case where parts of Golden Hind's skin Smiling Ghost Story's Golden Deer do not display under certain conditions. The outfit was added in the September 17 update and carries a Live2D mode with several gimmicks, including the shower curtain sequence. Triggered in a specific order during that mode, the clothing disappears and the character is left fully bare.

Maintenance ran on September 24 from 14:00 to 20:00. A fix that skips the reported bug is a scheduling choice, not a technical one.
Azur Lane's Golden Hind skin bug survived the September 24 maintenance. Yostar fixed other issues and left the skin off the report.
Azur Lane's Golden Hind skin shipped September 17 with Live2D. By September 24, Yostar's maintenance fixed other bugs but left the missing-clothing glitch reproducible and unlisted in the report. That omission is a decision about what gets patched first.
Yostar reported on September 22 that parts of Golden Hind's new Azur Lane skin, Smiling Ghost Story's Golden Deer, do not display under certain conditions.
