The system uses past transaction information and external information to generate hypothetical needs and meeting talking points for corporate customers, and the trial will test its effectiveness and practicality for bank sales work.","whyItMatters":"The trial is aimed at the security objection that keeps generative AI out of bank sales floors, so its result matters less as a tool demo than as evidence that a closed-network deployment can be practical for institutions handling confidential customer data.","webCardHtml":"\u003cp\u003eThe AI organizes hypothetical needs for each corporate customer and the perspectives and questions to confirm in meetings, then presents them as hearing points for the representative.
